Olegi Osepaishvili (Osepa), a great fine artist, who was born in Kutaisi, Georgia in 1963. He has studied art and has graduated from the Art School of Tbilisi, Georgia, in 1987 where he received his degree in Visual Art. He is a member of the Georgian Art league and in 1994 became a member of the International Federation of Artists (IFA) which is sponsored by Unesco.
